Why should I choose Simply Hijama?

We are a leading Hijama Profession Association. We are an approved Hijama Therapy training provider by the GRCCT, CMA, IPHM and PWA.

We believe trained Hijama Practitioners can practice Hijama Therapy without the need for a medical license. We believe that Hijama is practiced as a religious therapy, part of Islam, governed by laws specific to Islam.

We regulate our members to ensure high standards in the Hijama industry, and have strict disciplinary procedures in place.

Our main course is an Accredited Higher Diploma in Hijama Therapy (Level 5) in the UK.

UK and International Graduates of Simply Hijama can become members of the GRCCT (General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies) and IPHM (International Practitioners for Holistic Medicine).

The IPHM is specifically for the general public and health care professionals with a body of regulated professionals, all qualified to accredited levels. It is also one of the largest Professional Therapists Association Worldwide and once you become a qualified Hijama Therapist, you can become a member.

UK and International Graduates of Simply Hijama can become members of the CMA (Complementary Medical Association).

International Graduates of Simply Hijama can obtain a license from the PWA (Professional Wellness Alliance) to practice Hijama Therapy in USA and Canada at a discounted price. Graduates outside of the USA and Canada can also apply.

Higher Diploma students of Simply Hijama are automatically given a free one year membership with Simply Hijama after graduating with us. Members of Simply Hijama are placed on our international Hijama Therapy Register.

We have also negotiated a block scheme with a leading insurance company (Westminster Indemnity Ltd.) for our students, graduates and full members who are able to take out insurance through us with our Higher Diploma course.

The field of Hijama Therapy is continually being updated as we strive to get the government to recognise it as a complementary therapy. Our students and full members will be updated with the latest information on regulations and progress.
